Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Electrical engineering is one of the main engineering disciplines that includes the study and application of electromagnetism, electronics, and electricity.

- Passed / Appeared 10th standard with at least 35% marks in aggregate without the marks of additional subject (without rounding up**). Mathematics, Physical Science (Science) and English are mandatory subjects in the qualifying examination and a candidate must acquire at least pass marks in all the three subjects as per his/her secondary board.

- An electrical engineer is required in most of the industries such as Automobile industries and Textile industries. Students can find employment very easily in Nuclear power plants, Government projects on renewable energy sources and other places where electricity is generated and maintained.
- Students can also take lateral entry admission into 2nd year of B.tech – Electrical Engineering degree programme.
